All our paid plans come with a 7-Day Full Refund Guarantee, no questions asked.
If you are not satisfied, simply request a refund within 7 days of purchase, and your entire amount will be returned.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
✔ You purchased any Launchera subscription plan
✔ You request a refund within 7 calendar days
✔ Payment was successfully processed via Razorpay, Stripe, UPI, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Cards
Refunds are not dependent on usage — even if you used all features, you can still claim it.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable:
After 7 days of subscription purchase
For misuse or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
For payments made for Done-For-You Services (DFY) AFTER work has already started
If the user cancels after requesting permanent account deletion
If the subscription was purchased via third-party resellers
4. Refund Process

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
Going to Account Settings → Billing, or
Contacting support
Cancellation includes:
✔ No further billing
✔ Continued access until the end of billing cycle

6. Renewal Policy
All subscriptions renew automatically unless:
You manually cancel
Your payment method fails
You request account closure
Users will receive email reminders before renewal (as per global SaaS compliance).
7. Chargebacks
In case of a payment dispute or chargeback:
Your Launchera account may be paused
We may request verification
If resolved, your account will be restored
Unauthorised chargebacks may result in permanent ban.
8. Special Offers & Discounts
Some promotions (seasonal or lifetime discounts) may have separate refund rules.
This will be clearly communicated during the offer period.
