No physical products are shipped. All services are delivered digitally through online access.
2. Service Delivery Timeline

After successful payment via Razorpay, Stripe, UPI, Net Banking, or Cards, your Launchera workspace is created automatically.

Workspace link
Onboarding instructions
Getting-started guide
✔ DFY (Done-For-You) Services
For DFY services (optional):
Delivery time: 3–14 business days
Timelines depend on project scope
You will receive a dedicated onboarding call
3. Delivery Method
All digital products/services are delivered through:
Email (account activation)
Dashboard access (login portal)
WhatsApp (optional notifications)
API connections (for integrations)
There is no physical shipment involved.
4. Account Activation Issues
If you do not receive activation details within 15 minutes, you may contact:

5. Failed Payments
If payment fails but money is debited:
Razorpay/Stripe automatically refunds within 3–7 business days

You continue to receive uninterrupted access to your tools.
7. Cancellation & Refund
Delivery Policy works together with our 7-Day Refund Policy, as described earlier.
