1. Introduction
Welcome to Launchera, a SaaS platform owned and operated by Aura Orphic LLP (“Company”, “We”, “Our”).
By accessing or using Launchera, you (“User”, “Client”, “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue using Launchera immediately.
2. Definitions
Platform / Service / Software: refers to Launchera.co and its subdomains.
User / Client: Any individual or business using Launchera.
Paid Plan: Subscription plan billed monthly or annually.
Content: Data uploaded by the User including contacts, campaigns, funnels, CRM data.
3. Eligibility
You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate information
Use the platform for lawful business purposes only
4. Services Provided
Launchera provides:

✔ WhatsApp, Email, SMS Automation
✔ Payment Gateway Integrations
✔ AI Chatbot (OpenAI-powered)
✔ LMS & Course Hosting
✔ Ad Launcher
✔ Team/Staff Management
✔ Calendar Scheduling
✔ Multi-step Workflows
✔ Instagram & Meta automation
✔ Shop Builder & Digital Store
The Company may add or modify features without prior notice.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree NOT to:
Use the platform for spam, fraud, or misleading campaigns
Upload illegal or copyrighted content
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or modify the software
Use third-party WhatsApp providers that violate Meta’s policies
6. Account & Security
Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials
Company is not liable for unauthorized use due to weak passwords
The Company may suspend accounts for policy violations
7. Payments & Billing
Launchera supports:
✔ Razorpay
✔ Payglocal
✔ UPI
✔ Net Banking
✔ Debit/Credit Cards
Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
Taxes
Applicable taxes (GST) are charged based on Indian law.
8. Refund Policy
Launchera offers a 100% no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of any plan purchase (monthly or yearly).
Refunds do not apply to:
Custom development
Done-for-you (DFY) services
Third-party API charges
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
Your data belongs to you
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data
GDPR rights apply to all global users
Launchera is committed to data encryption, secure hosting, and restricted access
A detailed GDPR Addendum will be provided separately.
10. Third-Party Integrations
The platform integrates with:
Razorpay, Stripe
SMTP providers
WhatsApp Cloud API
OpenAI
Google / Meta
SMS Gateways
Launchera is not responsible for downtime or issues from third-party providers.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for:
Policy violations
Payment failure
Suspicious or abusive activity
Users may terminate their subscription anytime via dashboard.
12. Intellectual Property
Launchera name, logo, platform design, and technology are protected by Indian IP laws.
Users do not receive ownership of code, design, or system functionality.
13. Limitation of Liability
Aura Orphic LLP is not liable for:
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Third-party downtime
Incorrect setup by users
Data loss due to user negligence
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid in the last 6 months.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically jurisdiction of Jharkhand (Ranchi courts).
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use indicates acceptance.
