1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy explains how users of Launchera can cancel their subscriptions or stop using services provided by Aura Orphic LLP through the Launchera platform.

This applies to all customers, globally.


2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Launchera subscription at any time.

How to cancel:

  • Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing

  • Click Cancel Subscription

OR
Email us at support@launchera.co with your registered email.

There is NO cancellation fee.
Your access continues until the current billing cycle ends.


3. Cancellation Window (7-Day Refund Rule)

Launchera offers a 7-Day Full Refund Guarantee.

This means:
If you cancel within 7 days of payment, you can request a full refund.

After 7 days, cancellation will stop future billing, but past payments are non-refundable.


4. Who Can Request Cancellation?

✔ Monthly plan users
✔ Yearly plan users
✔ Indian & International users
✔ Razorpay / Stripe / UPI / Net Banking / Cards users


5. Cancellation of Done-For-You (DFY) Services

DFY Services (like funnel creation, automation setup, CRM setup) follow a different rule:

  • If work has not started, full refund is allowed

  • If work has started, the service fee becomes non-refundable

However, subscriptions (platform access) still follow the 7-day refund rule.


6. Auto-Renewal Cancellation

All Launchera plans renew automatically unless you cancel.

To stop renewal:

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date

Once cancelled:

  • No new charges

  • Your account stays active till billing period ends

  • You can restart anytime


7. Account Deletion vs. Cancellation

Cancellation ≠ Account deletion.

If you wish to delete your account permanently:

Note: Account deletion removes all data permanently and cannot be undone.


8. Refund on Cancellation

Cancellation alone does not guarantee a refund.

Refund is processed only if:

✔ Requested within 7 days
✔ You are eligible under the Refund Policy
✔ No DFY service has begun

Refunds are processed in:

  • 3–7 business days (Razorpay India)

  • 5–10 business days (Stripe International)


9. Payment Failures or Duplicate Transactions

If payment fails but amount is deducted:

  • Refund is automatically issued by Razorpay/payglocal

  • Expected timeline: 3–7 business days

  • You may contact support for faster verification


10. Platform Suspension or Misuse

Launchera may suspend or cancel your access if:

  • You violate our Acceptable Use Policy

  • You misuse messaging tools (SMS/WhatsApp/Email)

  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

  • You breach data or privacy rules

No refunds apply in suspension due to policy violation.


11. Changes to This Cancellation Policy

Aura Orphic LLP may update this policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
